Order Processing

All orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1 day.

  • Made-to-order or custom products (Exclusive of Bulk and beaded orders) may require 3-5 business days to produce before dispatch. Production timelines will be communicated during or after purchase where applicable.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.


Shipping Within Kenya

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times (Depending on the selected shipping method)

  • Nairobi: 1 business day

  • Major towns and cities: 2–3 business days

  • Remote locations: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

  • Blueberry Leather is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate before placing your order.

Blueberry Leather is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
